Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Saviynt IAM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Saviynt EIC, identity governance, access management, compliance, and enterprise security architecture. This role will work closely with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to deliver scalable IAM solutions aligned with organizational security and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect enterprise IAM solutions using Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).
Lead end-to-end implementation of identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions.
Develop and maintain role-based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties (SoD), and access certification processes.
Integrate Saviynt with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, directories, and HR systems.
Configure workflows, connectors, provisioning, reconciliation, and lifecycle management processes.
Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure adherence to security policies and regulatory standards.
Drive automation initiatives for user onboarding, offboarding, and access requests.
Perform architecture reviews, security assessments, and IAM roadmap planning.
Troubleshoot complex IAM issues and provide technical leadership to implementation teams.
Create technical documentation, design specifications, and operational procedures.
Mentor junior IAM engineers and support teams.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM/IGA).
4+ years of hands‑on experience with Saviynt platform implementation and architecture.
Strong experience with:
- Saviynt EIC modules
- Access Request Management
- Identity Lifecycle Management
- Role Management & Certifications
- REST/SOAP APIs
- SQL and scripting
- Experience integrating IAM solutions with:
  - LDAP
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols such as:
  - SAML
  - OAuth
  - OpenID Connect
  - MFA
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of Cyber Ark, Okta, SailPoint, or other IAM tools is a plus.
