Agile Coach Job Troy area,Michigan USA,IT/Tech

We are seeking an experienced and certified Agile Coach to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance. The ideal candidate will have 13-17 years in the software industry, with at least 4 years as a full-time Agile Coach and 5+ years as a Scrum Master. You will guide teams in adopting and enhancing Agile practices, ensuring alignment with business goals, and improving efficiency and quality.

Key

Skills & Experience:

13-17 years in software development, with 5+ years as Scrum Master
4+ years as Agile Coach, applying Agile & Scrum principles
Proficient in techniques like TDD, ATDD, Continuous Integration, and Automated Testing
Experience creating coaching plans, Agile Maturity assessments, and training materials
Ability to coach teams and leaders at all levels, drive process improvements, and implement Agile transformations

Certifications (Preferred):

PSM II, PMI-ACP

Key Responsibilities:

Coach teams on Agile principles, practices, and values
Lead workshops, retrospectives, and team meetings
Facilitate process improvements and track team performance metrics
Build a safe, transparent, and collaborative work environment
Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members
