Job Description
We are looking for a QAD specialist with experience in all modules or at least in Distribution and Finance and knowledge in Manufacturing. The role involves application management services, requirement design, development and testing (Unit & Integration) in Progress Open Edge, and effective communication and documentation.
Technical / Functional Skills- Good QAD experience in all modules or at least in Distribution and Finance with knowledge in Manufacturing
- Experience in QAD “Application Management Service” type engagement
- Requirement Design, Development and Testing (Unit & Integration) in Progress Open Edge
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to quickly adapt, learn, and resolve recurring incidents
- Provide technical expertise on QAD modules as needed
- Perform application management services and incident resolution
- Design, develop, and test new requirements in Progress Open Edge
- Document requirements, designs, and test procedures
- Analyze and solve problems related to QAD applications
- Adapt to changing business needs and continuously improve processes
- L2 Ticket Management
$130,000 to $150,000 per annum
