We are seeking a highly skilled Geospatial Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in BCP/DR and will be responsible for managing geospatial projects, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting business continuity planning. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a day shift without the need for travel.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee geospatial projects to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all geospatial datasets.
• Develop and implement business continuity planning (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support geospatial data needs.
• Provide technical expertise in geospatial analysis and data management.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of geospatial data and systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for geospatial processes and procedures.
• Train and mentor team members on geospatial tools and techniques.
• Monitor and report on project progress and performance metrics.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with geospatial data and systems.
• Support the integration of geospatial data with other business systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Continuously improve geospatial processes and workflows.
