- Global Vulnerability and IT Security (tools) Control Management
- Security Operations, Incident, and Ticket Management
- Privileged Access Management/Endpoint Privilege Management
- Risk Assessments (RA) and Security Exceptions
- Troubleshooting Patches and IT Security (tools) Control Management
- Security Compliance and Manufacturing Integration
- Dashboards, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement
- Security Documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Security Operations (Sec Ops), preferably in manufacturing or OT environments
- Experience with security tools such as vulnerability scanners, endpoint protection, and privileged access management
- Hands-on experience with Service Now or similar ticketing/workflow platforms
- Experience with Risk Assessments (RA) and security exception processes
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems (MES, PLCs, OT environments) preferred
- Good communication, customer-oriented mindset, and team collaboration skills
- Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are a plus
