We are looking for an experienced and talented UX/UI Designer to craft user-centric, visually compelling experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product and design strategies. Your role is to advocate for the user experience while aligning with business goals, ensuring that our software solutions are not only functional but also elegant and intuitive.
What You'll Do
- Design exceptional user interfaces that adhere to aesthetic and branding standards while ensuring usability and accessibility.
- Map out complete user flows for features, including happy paths, error states, and edge cases, ensuring a seamless experience across all scenarios.
- Create low- to mid-fidelity wireframes to clearly communicate user flows and interactions.
- Research and stay up to date on UI trends and industry best practices to ensure designs follow modern UX/UI principles.
- Adapt to various project needs—some projects require working within an existing style guide, while others need designs created from scratch.
- Develop and maintain digital style guides to ensure consistency across the application.
- Design for multiple screen sizes and platforms, ensuring seamless responsive experience.
- Collaborate closely with developers, providing design specs and assets while ensuring smooth handoff.
- Iterate quickly on designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and team critique sessions.
What You’ll Bring
Required
Skills & Experience:
- Strong visual design skills: An eye for aesthetics, layout, typography, and branding consistency.
- Experience outlining complete user flows: Including error handling and edge cases.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once: Shifting between structured design systems and greenfield projects requiring new UI design systems.
- Proficiency in modern design tools: Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Our main tool of choice is Figma.
- Excellent problem-solving skills: User-first mindset and ability to think critically about UX challenges.
- A deep understanding of responsive design

Including accessibility principles, and interaction design best practices. - Strong communication skills: Able to explain design concepts equally well to designers, developers, and clients.
- A growth mindset: Constantly learning and refining your craft.

- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing independently
- Experience designing enterprise or B2B software products
- Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams
- Portfolio that demonstrates both strong UX thinking and polished UI execution
- Experience mentoring or leading other designers
