Description:
Our client is looking for an Application Support Specialist to provide end user PC, software, and courtroom Audio Visual support and troubleshooting for staff and users.
Tasks- Respond to and resolve technical issues for staff
NOTE:
Position will be on-site 5 days a week in Troy, MI. Full or partial remote is not an option. We can accept H1b, H4, TN and other valid work visas for IT. However we cannot accept OPT or CPT visas at this time.
1-3 years of experience in the following:
- Experience providing end user PC support to users.
- Experience providing software support to users.
- Experience with Zoom.
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Experience troubleshooting court Audio Video broadcast/recording technology such as JAVS, BIS.
- Experience with Document Management Systems, such as Courts MiFile solution.
