Venteon is seeking an experienced HRIS SME in Metro Detroit to lead day-to-day administration, optimization, and strategic direction of its HRIS. You will partner with HR, Information Technology, Payroll, and business leaders to ensure system integrity, improve HR processes, support reporting needs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
This role requires 6–8+ years in HRIS/HCM, full lifecycle HRIS implementation experience, and strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
