This position is responsible for collaborating with university community partners to support the effective use of applications managed by eLearning Technologies. These applications include the learning management system and associated data systems, video platform, accessibility tools, emergency communication platforms, and additional third-party integrations that support the learning environment. This role provides technical support, troubleshoots system issues, and delivers responsive, high-quality customer service to faculty, staff, and students.
Salary & Benefits:
Minimum starting salary of $66,000;
Commensurate with experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in web applications.
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience programming and supporting web applications.
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience with SQL.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Experience working under pressure, multi-tasking, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional and collegial relationships with peers, customers, administrators, vendors, etc.
- Must be able to demonstrate how to protect and safeguard sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Cooperative team player who can collaborate effectively with faculty/staff of all levels throughout the university.
- Strong customer service skills.
Preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience working in higher education.
- Master's degree in computer science or related field.
- Experience with learning management systems (Blackboard), video platforms (Panopto), accessibility tools (Blackboard Ally), emergency communication platforms (Alertus, Rave), virtual meeting platform (Zoom), survey and assessment tools (Qualtrics), and student information systems (Workday).
- Experience with IT Service Management (Team Dynamics) and iPaas.
- Experience with Linux, as well as PHP, Python, cURL, and SQL programming w/version control.
- Experience with Power BI and related dashboard/report building.
- Experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
