Troy, MI (Hybrid – 3 days onsite required)

The role involves ensuring the quality of software applications or products before they reach end users. Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections, audits, and tests to identify defects or issues.
• Review and analyze data, providing accurate feedback.
• Collaborate with different departments to meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  
  A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields.
• Experience:
  
  (i) 8 years of experience in quality analysis or another analytic role. (ii) 3 years of experience with software development methodologies (i.e. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) and software process improvement methods
• Previous experience in quality assurance, testing, or a related field is often preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Experience with Wires and ACH is required
