Harvard Resource Solutions is seeking an IT Administrative Assistant for a nonprofit client in Troy on a temporary to direct hire basis. The role is hybrid with in-office
Tuesday-Thursday and remote Mondays/Fridays, 36-hour work week, with 8:30am-5:00pm and 8:30am-12:30pm on Friday.
You will triage IT helpdesk requests, manage onboarding/offboarding, coordinate procurement, maintain documentation, and support cross-functional IT projects while delivering excellent customer service.
