Experience: 1-5 Years in Michigan No‑Fault & Insurance Defense. Recent graduates will be considered as well.

- Handle all aspects of Michigan No‑Fault and insurance defense litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Manage case files from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research and draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Michigan.
- 1-5 years of experience in Michigan No‑Fault law and insurance defense litigation.
- Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- A proactive and client‑focused approach to legal practice.
