Our client is seeking a 4+ years experienced Attorney - Workers' Compensation Defense to join their Troy, MI team,
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in Workers' Compensation defense matters, including litigation and negotiations
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents and pleadings
- Conduct legal research and analysis across assigned cases
- Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to deliver high-quality client service
- JD from an accredited law school with active Michigan State Bar license
- 4+ years of Workers' Compensation Defense experience
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom skills
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
