Litigation Associate Attorney – Troy, MI
A boutique-size law firm in Troy, Michigan is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its team.
- Compensation: $110,000 – $140,000 base salary plus bonuses (flexible, open to discussion)
- Practice Focus:
Commercial Litigation, including Insurance Defense, Construction, Real Estate, Business Litigation, Labor & Employment, and related areas - Billable
Hours:
No formal requirement (typical range 1800–2000 annually) - Health, vision, and dental insurance with employer contributions
- Profit sharing plan
- PTO starting at 2 weeks, increasing with tenure
- Standard U.S. paid holidays off
- Schedule:
In-office
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience practicing law, with emphasis on Commercial Litigation, Insurance Defense, or similar fields
