As the Sales Order Specialist – CONTRACTOR, you will support the end‑to‑end order process and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Manage order entry, verification, and fulfillment in accordance with company specifications.
- Communicate with sales, production, logistics and other stakeholders to ensure timely order execution.
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve order‑related issues promptly.
- Assist with S&OP, including data collection, analysis, and alignment of forecasts with actual orders.
- Maintain and update records of customer orders, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
- Generate reports to monitor trends, detect potential issues, and support decision‑making.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in OEM supply chain.
- 1+ year experience managing order and shipment processes using ERP systems, or in S&OP, demand planning, or order desk functions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP or related logistics/inventory systems.
- Firm understanding of S&OP principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment, supporting after‑hour requests from stakeholders across time zones.
- Experience in manufacturing or OEM supply chain roles (S&OP, demand planning, supply planning).
- Bilingual in English & Korean or English & Spanish.
