Saber Building Services is excited to welcome a dependable Custodian to our team at a professional office complex near the I-75 and Crooks Road corridor in Troy. Our Custodians play an important role in creating a clean and comfortable environment for everyone who uses the building. We are looking for someone who is reliable, takes ownership of their work, and is ready to contribute from day one.

Responsibilities

• Dust furniture, fixtures, ledges, and other assigned surfaces
• Vacuum carpeted areas using a backpack vacuum
• Sweep, mop, and perform routine floor care throughout the facility
• Other custodial duties as asssigned

Requirements

• Must be able and willing to wear and use a backpack vacuum
• Dependable and consistent attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical cleaning tasks

Pay: $16 per hour
