Professional Cabling Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead our Michigan office operations. This critical leadership role is responsible for enforcing corporate standards, optimizing team performance, and overseeing daily operations to ensure client satisfaction and profitable growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership
    • Enforce corporate processes, policies, and workflows across field and office operations.
    • Organize and coordinate day-to-day operations for maximum productivity.
    • Monitor performance metrics and implement real‑time corrective action.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and supervise operations, project management, and administrative staff.
    • Hold team members accountable to performance standards.
    • Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and career development.
  • Project & Service Delivery
    • Oversee job scheduling, workload distribution, and service execution.
    • Ensure projects and service calls are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
    • Assist in quote generation and provide updates to clients.
  • Business Management
    • Manage financial performance through cost control and productivity tracking.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting and resource planning.
    • Conduct quality assessments and support internal system use and reporting.
  • Vendor Management
    • Manage vendor partnerships and ensure compliance with expectations.
    • Escalate and resolve vendor issues efficiently.
  • Technical Oversight
    • Apply knowledge of intrusion detection, access control, video surveillance, networking, and IP systems.
    • Experience with platforms like Axis, Milestone, Genetec, Hanwa, BOS, and Exacq Vision preferred.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of operations or project leadership experience required, preferably in commercial construction or low‑voltage systems.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and performance management skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer software and smartphone tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • RCDD certification preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
