Role DescriptionWe’re seeking a dynamic leader to oversee daily operations, manage teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll drive warehouse efficiency, ensure accurate inventory control, and oversee financial and administrative functions. You’ll also maintain compliance with industry standards and uphold the highest quality control across all processes—keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied.
Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in restoration, logistics, construction, or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Proficiency with industry software platforms (e.g., Encircle, Xactimate) preferred
- Familiarity with insurance claims process and restoration protocols
- OSHA 10/30 and IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, etc.) a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and stand for long periods
- Comfortable working in a variety of environments, including homes affected by fire, water, or mold
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed
