Enterprise‑scale manufacturing digitalization
- Multi‑plant / multi‑region rollout ownership
- MES / SCADA / connectivity experience
- Executive‑level reporting and escalation ownership
Primary responsibilities of this position include leading manufacturing digitalization programs with a strong focus on program management, governance, and value realization. The role ensures disciplined execution of digital initiatives that improve manufacturing performance, stability, and scalability.
Key responsibilities- Lead program and portfolio management (PPM) for manufacturing digitization platforms, and analytics
- Establish and operate a structured program management covering intake, prioritization, funding, execution cadence, risk management, and executive reporting
- Own program‑level planning and delivery, coordinating multiple projects, vendors, and work streams across plants, regions, and central teams
- Facilitate program and portfolio review with business and IT leadership to assess progress, risks, and corrective actions
- Enforce program delivery standards and controls, including SDLC alignment, change control, release governance, and documentation
- Oversee vendor and system integrator performance across program scope, ensuring delivery quality, schedule adherence, and cost control
- Provide leadership in resolving program‑level risks, issues, and escalations, including cross‑plant and cross‑region impacts
- Guide and coach Project Managers, Analysts, and Digital Product Owners to ensure consistent execution and reporting at program and project levels
- Own and optimize program management tools and reporting, including PPM platforms, milestone tracking, financial dashboards, and executive scorecards
- Manage program financials, including budget planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and corrective actions
- Enable scalable rollout of digital solutions across multiple plants and regions, balancing standardization with local execution constraints
