Senior Engineering Construction Project Manager

ADP is hiring a Senior Engineering Construction Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction real estate projects, managing all project phases from initiation to closure, ensuring business goals and objectives are achieved within designated time frames and budgets.

• Lead large project teams responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects to achieve business goals on time and within budget.
• Develop strong partnerships and working relationships at all levels of the organization, internally and externally.
• Identify cross‑functional resources essential to project objectives and build collaborative teams.
• Lead and influence initiatives and projects to provide strategic insights that enable efficient execution of project deliverables and milestones, including managing the full life cycle of projects.
• Provide analysis and status reports, including business case, ROI, and post‑project review.
• Assess, manage, resolve, and, if necessary, elevate risks and issues.
• Recommend best practices and process improvements to create an exceptional client implementation experience.
• Use critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to approach new situations.

• 5–8 years of construction MEP project management experience.
• Prior experience leading MEP projects from concept to delivery, e.g., generator installations, transfer switch and UPS installations.
• 50%–60% travel to other ADP offices.
• Experience leading medium to large cross‑functional or multi‑year projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes, tools, and structured methodologies.
• Ability to guide and inspire others in a consultative approach, driving collaboration and client focus.
• Capability to manage multiple and changing priorities with flexibility and adaptability.
• Demonstrated learning agility and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
• Experience coaching, training, and mentoring less experienced team members.

• Industry expertise and application of best practices through in‑depth client consultation.
• Ability to focus and work effectively with multiple demands.
• Initiative to seek out answers, solutions, and positive outcomes.
• Process‑oriented with a high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and experience with Financial Force, Anaplan, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Knowledge or experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) industry and/or payroll.
• PMP certification from a highly recognized professional learning institution.

• Base salary ranging from USD $74,100 to USD $150,300 per year, with potential additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
• Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
