Overview

SSOE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Industrial Facilities Design team. This exciting role will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large‑scale industrial and advanced manufacturing facilities for global industry leaders. From concept through startup, you will direct multidisciplinary architecture and engineering teams responsible for creating high‑tech, mission‑critical, and power‑intensive facilities that drive innovation and economic growth.

You will lead highly visible projects involving complex stakeholder coordination, sophisticated technical requirements, and fast‑paced execution environments. Success means balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and client expectations while delivering exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive leadership for multidisciplinary project teams from planning through completion.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and strategic stakeholders.
  • Develop project execution plans, resource strategies, and delivery approaches.
  • Align scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk management objectives.
  • Facilitate change management and commercial negotiations.
  • Monitor financial performance, invoicing, forecasting, and cash flow.
  • Manage contracts for consultants and external service providers.
  • Drive communication, accountability, and collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Mentor project managers and support project delivery excellence.
  • Support business development, pursuits, presentations, qualifications, and fee proposals.
  • Travel as necessary for client and project engagement.
