Senior Program Manager

SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER – Plastic Omnium Auto Energy, Troy, MI

• Plan, lead, and manage revolving OEM off‑road ATV, commercial van/truck fuel tank development programs for future model years.
• Ensure delivery of integrated plastic fuel tank development projects from concept to launch, start of production (SOP), and end of production at four Plastic Omnium manufacturing plants in the U.S. and Mexico, covering cycle life to 2029/2035 and beyond.
• Plan and administer large pre‑production project tooling and development budgets, including acquisition of manufacturing tooling, labor, and plant facilities construction at four U.S./Mexico plants.
• Plan, lead, and manage teams in the U.S./Mexico, including Product Applications, Industrial & Quality Engineers, Program Buyers, Sales Managers, and Plant Program Managers at fuel tank manufacturing plants.
• Lead extended U.S./Mexico multifunctional teams.
• Travel in the U.S. & Mexico up to six weeks per annum to visit OEM customers and perform internal manufacturing plant site visits to verify manufacturing process readiness, project execution, and delivery performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business, International or Foreign Trade, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 24 months experience as a Program or Project Manager, or related, planning and leading passenger vehicle fuel tank or system development projects or programs and ensuring delivery from concept to launch & SOP for production at a manufacturing plant.
