PTS Advance is looking for a Contract Manufacturing Engineer to enhance production efficiency and quality at their Troy, MI facility. This role requires a strong engineering background and experience in manufacturing processes.
Key responsibilities include designing manufacturing processes, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with quality teams. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in engineering and possesses 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial environments, with familiarity in Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
