Plastic Injection Molding Operator, Up to $20/hr – Troy, MI

Are you an experienced Plastic Injection Molding Operator looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company? Do you have industry experience operating and running plastic injection molding machines? If you have die setting experience and can drive a forklift, this could be the job for you!

• Previous experience in plastic injection molding manufacturing
• Ability to operate and run plastic injection molding machines
• Die setting and/or process experience (
  die setting preferred
  )
• Forklift experience with ability to obtain certification
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and blueprints
• Knowledge of various plastics and molding processes
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable and team-oriented

As a 1st Shift Plastic Injection Molding Operator
, you will be responsible for operating injection molding machines, performing die changes, monitoring quality, and ensuring efficient production. You will also assist with process adjustments and material handling as needed.
