Toledo, OH Competences requirements Industrial & Digital Environment Master’s degree or equivalent with experience About 5 years of experience in industrial environment (PM, CI, IT, etc.) Digital Experience (Advanced Systems user, Understanding of digital concepts) Good Knowledge of Manufacturing Production Environment & Proceses Strong Project Management Skills Technical skills on digital Tools – understands the concepts, and is advanced in at least one Digital Domain/Area Technical skills in Automation – Basics and concepts of Automation Team spirit / Autonomy / ability to engage people / reporting Curiosity and Multicultural & multifunctional communication & understanding Change management skills English fluent mandatory Missions Drive Industrial Digital Projects & Initiatives Portfolio along with its budget in alignment with business priorities and OP Standards Manage the site Industrial System Controllers and Digital Key Users networks Regional Process Owner:
