Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Shop Hand / Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, wants consistent overtime, and is looking for a long‑term career in manufacturing.
The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience, a strong work history, and the ability to work either 2nd or 3rd shift. We value employees who show up every day, take pride in their work, and are looking for a stable opportunity with steady hours.
Responsibilities- Assist with daily shop and production operations
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility
- Read and use tape measures accurately to complete production tasks
- Operate basic manufacturing equipment and tools safely
- Support machine operators and production personnel as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform quality checks and follow work instructions
- Follow all company safety procedures and standards
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift
- Desire to work 45-55 hours per week
, including overtime as needed
- Stable work history with 2–3 years or more at previous employers
- Experience working in fabrication, machining, metal manufacturing, or industrial production environments
- Experience operating forklifts, cranes, or production equipment is a plus
