Shop Helper - 3rd Shift

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Shop Helper / Shop Hand for 3rd shift to assist our Plant Manager with daily shop floor operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Tasks will vary daily, requiring flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Pay: $20-$24 / hr + $1.50 shift premium

• Must be U.S. Citizen or Permanent U.S. Resident
• Background check is required

• Part Handling:
  Rack and un‑rack parts to ensure proper handling during the plating process.
• Equipment Maintenance:
  Assist in cleaning and maintaining shop equipment to ensure efficient operations.
• Light Manufacturing:
  Perform basic manufacturing tasks, including assembly and preparation of materials as directed.
• Facility Support:
  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor and workstations.
• Errands:
  Run shop‑related errands, such as picking up supplies or delivering parts, as needed.
• Task Execution:
  Support the Plant Manager in executing various projects and assignments.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or shop environment preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
