Inventory Clerk; Hilo

We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated shipping and receiving clerk. In this role, you will verify inbound products for accuracy, inspect deliveries, and input materials into our computer system. You will also manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.

Salaries range from $18 to $21 per hour.

Shift: First (5 AM – 3:30 PM).

Education:

No degree required.

• Inbound Integrity: Receive product deliveries, inspect inbound shipments, and verify that parts and quantities are 100% accurate.
• System Management: Input received materials into the computer system, manage inventory transactions (transfers/adjustments), and forward documentation to Accounting.
• Outbound Coordination: Create professional shipping paperwork and coordinate logistics based on specific customer requirements.
• Inventory Control: Conduct routine cycle counts, investigate and reconcile discrepancies, and maintain performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate: Communicate effectively with other internal departments and occasionally interact with customers verbally and in writing.

• Reliability: Strict punctuality and consistent attendance at work are absolutely essential.

  Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, paired with solid basic math skills.

Pay offered will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
