** What you'll be doing as a Lathe Machine Operator:*
* + Set up and operate lathe machines safely and efficiently

+ Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings

+ Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards

+ Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure specifications are met

+ Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized

+ Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines

+ Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

** Available shifts:*
* Shift Timings: 3rd Shift (Night)

* + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready

+ Minimum 1 year of lathe machine operating experience (required)

+ Previous manufacturing or machining experience

+ Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

+ Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed

+ Background check and Drug test required
