• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
• Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal parts
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate grinders, cutting tools, and other fabrication equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Education Preferred:
  Journeyman or Apprenticeship or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of one to three (1-3) years of related experience required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Hi-lo license, crane operator license.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
• Welding certifications are required
