• Monday through Saturday
• 1st Shift: 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• 2nd Shift: 3 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
• 3rd Shift: 11 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
• Overtime (willing to work)

• Prepare molds so foam does not stick to the mold (SPRAY)
• Insert components in molds depending on part specification (INSERT)
• Foam is formed, part is removed from the mold, mold is cleaned (DEMOLD/CLEAN)
• Examine part and trim any excess foam from the part to determine necessary repairs (TRIMMERS)
• Complete inspection of part (INSPECTION/GLUE)
• Repair parts from inspection deemed necessary, second inspection is completed (REPAIR)
• Build boxes, parts are sorted, counted, packed, labeled and scanned for shipment (PACKOUT/BOX)

• No experience required; will be trained.
• Typical tasks involve bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, gripping, grasping and pinching on a regular basis to access material, product components and equipment.
• Regularly moves about to coordinate work on the plant floor.
• Ability to lift objects up to 10 lbs and push/pull up to 20 lbs.
• Constant standing required; overtime may be required.
• Skills test required.
