Salary Range: $56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of production team members.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies.
• Monitor product quality and initiate corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

• 5+ years manufacturing experience with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and motivate production teams
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to ensure safety and quality standards are met

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor new team members
