• Perform production work to assemble or fabricate a product or sub‑assembly in accordance with team goals.
• Operate machines and perform work manually as needed.
• Ensure product and process quality and efficiency through appropriate inspection and continuous improvement problem‑solving activities.
• Maintain procedures and standards to provide compliance with quality standards for the assigned area.
• Efficiently perform basic preventive maintenance and routine product change‑over setups.
• Maintain material movement systems and complete proper paperwork and documentation to guide operations of the team.
• Participate in the annual planning process, understand plant objectives and identify improvements to help attain goals.
• Perform other duties as necessary to support team objectives.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to operate within production and quality standards and utilize all job‑related equipment, including forklifts, hand tools, production machinery, etc.
