General Laborer

General Laborer – Manufacturing Now Hiring! We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team. This is a full-time opportunity with plenty of overtime available for candidates who are ready to work.

Schedule
45–55 hours per week

All shifts currently available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)
Important:
Candidates interested in 2nd or 3rd shift must be available to train on 1st shift for 1–2 weeks before transitioning to their assigned shift.

Responsibilities Perform general labor and production duties in a manufacturing environment

Operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently

Read and use a tape measure accurately

Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Assist with additional production tasks as needed

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience required

Ability to accurately read a tape measure

Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Ability to work overtime (45–55 hours per week)
Able to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift

Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
