Electronics Soldering Technician

We are looking for a reliable Electronics Soldering Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for soldering small electronic components, inspecting work for quality, and following production instructions. The ideal candidate has good attention to detail and enjoys working with small parts.

• Solder small electronic components and circuit boards.
• Use a microscope or magnifying equipment to perform precision soldering.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Work safely and support other production tasks as needed.

• At least 1 year of soldering experience, preferably with small electronic components.
• Experience using a microscope or magnifier for soldering.
• Must be able to pass a soldering test.
• IPC experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and steady hand for precision work.

Pay: $17-$19 an hour, Depending on experience

Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Thurs 5:00 AM-3:30 PM (10 hour shifts. Fridays as needed)
