Steady Day Shift

Day shift
- Monday-Friday schedule with the following start time:

• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Each shift includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. No Nights. No Weekends required. No Holidays.

On-the-Job Training

We'll train you to use a variety of tools and machines, and teach you how to work with wood veneer. No prior experience required - just a willingness to learn.

Never been a layoff in nearly 40 years of operation! (except during covid shutdown)

As a Production Associate, you will:

• Follow step-by-step instructions
• Learn multiple machines and processes
• Ability to lift 30-40 pounds and repetitive work
• Requires some Hand-Eye Coordination and Gross Motor skills
• Stand for 8 hour shift while operating machines

This is a hands-on job that requires focus, precision, moderate physical activity, and a positive attitude.

• Entry-level or experienced - we'll train you
• Machine operator experience 6 months or so, or similar (ex: fast food, short order cook, etc.)
• Shows up on time and ready to work every day
• Willing to learn and grow within the company
• Willing to work on large industrial machinery
