Job Description

The Fulfillment Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fulfillment team to ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. The Lead ensures that products, labels, and supporting documents are accurate and compliant prior to transport. The Fulfillment Lead is responsible for packaging and labeling all outgoing bulk. This position helps maintain high standards for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction while adhering to all compliance requirements.

The Fulfillment Lead reports directly to the PH/Packaging/Distribution Manager.

Essential Duties and Tasks
  • Verify flower and MIP digital labels before mass labeling
  • Verify and quality control check finished cases
  • Pull cases for orders ensuring proper tracking using internal sheets
  • Prepare orders for the transport team, and help load the van
  • Inspect outgoing orders and paperwork for accuracy
  • Monitor order accuracy and ensure all shipments meet company quality standards
  • Maintain the physical and digital organization of inventory
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Assist packaging, Post-Harvest, Cultivation as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must be 21+ and eligible to obtain required state cannabis agent registration
  • 1+ year of relevant work experience
  • Computer literate
  • Possess a sense of urgency, problem-solving, and organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Possess a can-do attitude, resourceful, action oriented, reliable, and a team player
  • Motivated with flexibility and adaptability
  • Excellent communications skills as applied to internal teams
  • Excellent time management, analytical skills, multi-tasking skills in a challenging environment
  • Ability to meet minimum physical requirements to work in a production environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and can utilize a ladder
