Pay

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM

• Perform MIG, TIG, spot, and arc welding on tools, dies, fixtures, robotics, and fabricated metal components.
• Fabricate, repair, grind, cut, and finish metal parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld drawings, and specifications.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist with process improvements and troubleshooting.
• Train and support team members on welding equipment and maintenance.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current Welding Certification
• 1-3 years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with MIG and TIG welding
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
• Ability to obtain Hi-Lo and crane certifications
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to work overtime when needed
• Physical Requirements
• Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  
  Perform bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive movements in a manufacturing environment
