Factory Maintenance Technician

Factory Maintenance Technician

3-2-2-3 schedule (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)

7am-7:30pm

7pm-7:30am

• Direct Hire:
  Join our team on a permanent basis
• Stability: we offer job stability through market uncertainty, and we've never laid off
• Over Time:
  Time and a Half for anything over 40 hours. All Sundays are double time

• Perform maintenance for machinery & mechanical equipment used in the plastic recycling process to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations
• Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures
• Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution
• Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures
• Receive thorough & ongoing training, with a clear pathway to promotion

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of mechanical maintenance experience in any industry
• Strong mechanical skills
• Electrical knowledge a plus
