Cleanroom Assembly Operator – Day Shift (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) Job Description
This role focuses on assembling automotive lighting and electronic components in a cleanroom production environment. You will use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment to build high-quality automotive parts while following established procedures, meeting production targets, and supporting a safe, organized, and efficient manufacturing operation.
ResponsibilitiesAssemble automotive parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment in a cleanroom environment.
Follow detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and manufacturing documentation to ensure consistent product quality.
Inspect products for quality, identify defects or production issues, and take appropriate action to address or elevate concerns.
Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, and quality issues promptly to leadership.
Support basic equipment adjustments to maintain smooth and efficient production.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with 5S standards.
Meet daily production goals while consistently adhering to safety, quality, and efficiency expectations.
Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and continuous improvement.
1–3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Hands‑on experience with general production or assembly work.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Experience operating basic production or machine equipment.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
Basic understanding of quality systems and inspection practices.
Basic understanding of workplace safety requirements.
Ability to follow written work instructions, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation accurately.
Strong attention to detail for inspecting products and identifying defects.
Ability to maintain an organized work area and follow 5S principles.
Capability to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Effective teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with coworkers and supervisors.
Skills & Qualifications
Injection molding experience is preferred.
Experience with anti‑fog manufacturing processes is a plus.
Prior experience in a cleanroom or similarly controlled production environment is beneficial.
Comfort working with automotive lighting or electronic components is an advantage.

The role is based in a very clean, well‑lit manufacturing facility with a dedicated cleanroom production area. You will work Monday through Friday on a day shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, supporting consistent hours and a predictable schedule. The environment involves the use of hand tools, power tools, assembly equipment, and production machinery, including processes related to injection molding and automotive lighting components.
Work is performed while standing for extended periods and following 5S standards to maintain organization and cleanliness. The facility promotes a safety‑focused culture with clear procedures and expectations for quality and productivity.
