Key Responsibilities- Perform welding operations utilizing various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick.
- Inspect welded products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and repair welding equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to guide fabrication.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize welding processes and product design.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Associate's degree in Welding Technology or a related field.
- AWS Certified Welder (CW) certification.
- 3+ years of experience in various welding processes (MIG, TIG, STICK) within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
- Strong understanding of metallurgy and material properties.
- Experience with quality control procedures and inspection techniques.
- Additional certifications or training
