The Graduate Administrative Assistant position in Marketing & Communication is responsible for assisting in the visual story telling for TROY through compelling photography and video content.

• Must be a current Troy University graduate student
• Bachelor’s degree in photography, film, multimedia production, visual arts, communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects) or similar editing software.
• Demonstrated experience producing content for various platforms, including web, social, and broadcast.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and respond effectively to feedback.
• Experience creating content in both vertical and horizontal formats with an understanding of optimal use across platforms.
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.

• Experience in higher education marketing or institutional storytelling.
• Drone operation certification and experience with aerial photography/videography.
• Motion graphics and animation skills are a plus.
