Clinical Nurse Specialist
Are you a strategic nursing leader with a talent for clinical excellence and regulatory mastery? We are seeking a Corporate Clinical Nurse Consultant to serve as a vital link between corporate standards and facility-level care. This role is designed for a high-level practitioner who can balance hands-on clinical leadership, rigorous quality assurance, and legal risk management.
As a consultant, you will not only ensure our facilities meet the highest standards of patient care but also protect the institution by ensuring strict adherence to state/federal laws and defending our clinical practices through investigative expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Operations
- Interim Leadership: Serve as an interim Director of Nursing (DON) or Wellness Director as needed to maintain operational stability.
- Collaborative Care: Partner with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to drive quality improvement and assess patient conditions.
- Education: Design and lead high-impact training sessions to enhance staff competency and retention
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Regulatory Expert: Ensure all clinical personnel abide by government regulations and nursing standards of care.
- Survey Readiness: Navigate and lead the Federal/State survey and complaint investigation process.
- Proactive Resolution: Identify potential clinical issues early and implement cost-effective, high-quality resolutions.

Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing;
Current CPR certification. - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Significant experience in Assisted Living and Long-Term Care (LTC) and a deep understanding of Federal & State regulations.
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR), database management, and standard office software.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills; must be able to present complex data to stakeholders.
- A customer-service-oriented mindset with the ability to listen actively and collaborate effectively.
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time in a fast-paced corporate environment.
