Fertility Procedure Room Nurse

RMA of Michigan is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Procedure Room team. This role is ideal for a nurse with strong clinical skills, particularly in IV access and procedural care, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care in a fertility setting.

• Obtain and monitor patient vital signs before, during, and after procedures
  Perform and manage IV starts and maintain IV access (IV start proficiency strongly preferred)
• Provide post‑anesthesia (PACU) recovery care and monitor patients following sedation
• Conduct nursing assessments and complete accurate documentation
• Prepare and review discharge instructions and paperwork with patients
• Educate patients on post‑procedure care, recovery expectations, and medication instructions

• Part‑time role (20–25 hours per week)
• Morning availability required
• Flexibility required; occasional weekends and holidays may be needed

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan
• 2–3 years of experience in a procedure room, surgical, PACU, or fertility setting preferred
• Strong IV insertion skills highly preferred
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
