We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team and provide overnight, one-on-one care for a pediatric client in the comfort of their home.
This is a great opportunity for a nurse who enjoys building meaningful relationships with families while working in a calm, supportive home environment. Overnight shifts offer a consistent schedule and the opportunity to provide individualized, high-quality care.

Performs skilled nursing functions in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and within the guidelines of professional standards and the Nurse Practice Act. All nursing services provided will be under the direction of a medical practitioner (MD, DO, NP, PA, etc.) orders.
Responsibilities- Provides professional nursing care as defined in the state Nurse Practice Act.
- Provides care in accordance with medical practitioner orders and the client’s care plan.
- Maintains orders for clients and documents all changes in orders in the medical record following Agency procedures.
- The scope of clinical practice includes personal care services, monitoring and reporting findings, medication administration, client teaching, emergency intervention, and specialized pediatric services such as tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and tube feedings.
- Works collaboratively with other members of the client’s care team.
- Promotes personal safety and a safe environment for clients and coworkers.
- Performs job in compliance with Agency policies, procedures, and applicable payor and accreditation standards.
- Participates in the coordination of care and attends Agency meetings as requested.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary.
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current license to practice as an LPN in the state of operation.
- Current CPR certification.
- Demonstrated written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements.
