Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an infusion suite. You will operate under the supervision of a designated supervisor and ensure patient safety within the physician’s plan of care.
Responsibilities include administering medications, educating patients and families, and documenting care in real time. Requires an active RN license, CPR, 1–2 years infusion experience preferred, and a BSN is favored.
