Alternate Solutions Health Network in Troy, MI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Field Staff Liaison to support home health teams Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm with holiday rotation. You will help ensure quality and safe delivery of services, act as a resource for field clinicians, and monitor Start of Care compliance.
The role requires current RN license in Michigan, at least 3 years RN in acute care, and prefer 1 year home health experience.
