Henry Ford Health System is seeking an RN for Utilization Review in a hybrid 40-hour weekly role. The UR nurse will identify and coordinate services, promote quality care, and manage discharge planning with the care team.
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with time split between project work and clinical reviews. Requirements include a Nursing Diploma (BSN preferred), and a Michigan RN license with several years of hospital clinical experience, plus Utilization Management exposure.
