Job Overview

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) are needed for our skilled nursing facility located in Troy, NY. Compensation ranges from $28.84 to $30.87 per hour, with an additional $0.75 shift differential for evening and night shifts. A $5,000 sign‑on bonus is offered, and daily pay is available through a trusted third‑party provider for faster access to earnings.

• Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted.
• Recording health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature.
• Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed.
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.
• May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Help Residents get dressed and take care of personal hygiene.
• Monitors Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Valid NY State LPN license.
• Must be in good standing with State Registry.
