The Unit Manager is a Registered Nurse who is responsible for coordinating the clinical care of an assigned unit within the center’s 24-hour operation and ensuring consistent and quality care for all residents. You will be empowered to assess the needs and implement care as you deem necessary utilizing the latest in technology and being a part of a strong interdisciplinary team.
YouWill Earn
- Starting wages: $88,000 - $90,000 per year
- Plus $10,000 Sign On Bonus!
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- On-call responsibilities included as part of a rotating schedule

- Supervise the nursing team, including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
- Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
- Instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and function as a resource person for clinical issues.
- Ensure the completion of requested reports, e.g., infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, their families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with at least 2 years of related experience.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan and current CPR-BLS certification.
- High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans and develop solutions for patient well-being.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering innovative, passionate care.
- Team player dedicated to supporting teammates and achieving goals.
